This 1 year stuff for this girl is almost at an end! Come February Funkii Hemp Designs will have been around for a whole year. Awsome! I definatly have learned alot about running a business . Networking, How important the internet is for selling items, what people like and don't like etc. Its been a great year. I am guessing I have probly made over 2 thousand items since I have started and am thrilled that there are people out there wearing the designs and items I have made. I have so many ideas for the coming year and hoplefully, fingers crossed am more knowledgable and prepared for the events and days to come.
This Christmas season has been exciting and busy . I did two christmas craft bazaars, on St Patricks Christmas craft show and The Westerner Christmas craft Bazzar. Both events were not very successful as not many people attended. Not to sure why. Something I learned is that alot of these events don't target alot of the people who love hemp jewelry. There were a few there though. It wasn't a total waste of time though. I met a lot of great people and also did some networking.
