I have a website / social network called The online farmers market for Red Deer and Central Alberta. Basically it is a social network aimed at bringing vendors and home business to one place where they are easy to find on a year round basis. I really love it. I started it in November and there are about 50 members on it as of now.
When people get to the site they sign up and create a profile. Its free to start a profile and use the site pretty much as if it were their own. People can post blogs, videos, and more. They have access to making groups which they can use to network their business and use to keep track of their customers. The groups they create have a spot on them where they can link their websites etc.
It really seems to be working out. Its growing and people are just learning how to use it.
There is also advertising avalible for 15.00 a month. Advertising is avalible to anyone and they jsut have to contact myself for more information at bfunkii@hotmail.com
